Then male family member asked if they could just credited his players card? They made a big deal about it but agreed to do so. It took them to so call review the video nearly AN HOUR! and then came back said they could see where it had malfunctioned but couldn't give him the lousy $14.00 dollars. Called for help, they said that they would review the machine/video. I was there with family, saw the slot it had a certain amount of money, and then it malfunction.
